Practice Management Consultancy LLC is an operator-owned consulting and advisory firm based in Georgia. The people on the other side of your emails own and operate a network of musculoskeletal and regenerative medicine clinics — managing payer contracts, revenue cycle, compliance, staffing, and technology on a live P&L every week.

That’s the difference between PMC and a traditional consulting firm. We don’t advise from the outside — we bring solutions we’ve already tested in our own operations. When we recommend a payer renegotiation strategy, it’s because we’ve used it. When we build a revenue cycle workflow, it’s one that runs in our clinics today.

What we believe

A consulting firm is only as good as its willingness to tell a client when an engagement isn’t the right move. A brokerage is only as good as the transparency of its disclosures and the quality of its lender panel. We aim to be both — and we will turn away work that doesn’t fit.

Our operating experience

PMC’s leadership team manages multiple businesses across healthcare, hospitality, and e-commerce. In healthcare specifically, we operate a network of joint care clinics offering non-surgical orthopedic treatments — PRP, viscosupplementation, bracing, and remote therapeutic monitoring — for Medicare-eligible patients. We manage 16+ contracted payers, handle credentialing across multiple locations, and run the full revenue cycle in-house.

This hands-on experience across payer contracting, compliance (HIPAA, OSHA, CMS coverage determinations), EHR management (Tebra), CRM automation (GoHighLevel), and practice growth is what informs every consulting engagement we take.

Our capital partners

When consulting engagements identify a need for equipment, working capital, or a line of credit, we can place financing through our lender network: ARF Financial, NMEF, TimePayment, Beacon Equipment Finance, and Elite Funding Group, plus bank programs when deal size and credit quality warrant. We add partners only after we’ve placed enough volume to understand how they underwrite, fund, and handle clients after the close.
