PMC is a brokerage and advisory firm. We broker equipment financing, merchant cash advance, and lines of credit through third-party lender partners, and we deliver consulting and implementation services directly. Brokered financing is originated, underwritten, and funded by the third-party lender; PMC does not lend funds directly. All financing terms, including rates, fees, and covenants, are set by the lender and disclosed before execution.

3. Accuracy of information

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit to PMC. Financing applications containing material misstatements may be declined by the lender or voided after funding.

5. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts of the State of Georgia.
