Entity

Practice Management Consultancy LLC is a Georgia limited liability company.

Role as broker

PMC acts as a commercial financing broker, matching business clients with third-party lenders. PMC does not originate or fund loans or advances directly. Financing offers are extended, underwritten, and funded solely by the lender. PMC may receive commission or referral compensation from lenders based on closed transactions; these arrangements do not add cost to the client beyond the lender’s stated terms.

Commercial financing disclosures

Where required by state law (including California, New York, Utah, and Virginia), commercial financing offers placed through PMC are accompanied by a written disclosure of total cost of capital, annualized rate, payment schedule, and prepayment terms before execution. Operators in any state may request these disclosures at any time.

State footprint

PMC is currently active in most U.S. states. Services and availability vary by product and jurisdiction. Merchant cash advance is not currently offered in California, Utah, Virginia, or Connecticut.

No investment advice

PMC is not a registered investment adviser and does not provide investment advice, portfolio management, or securities recommendations. Our consulting services are operational in nature and do not constitute legal, tax, or investment advice.
